Livingston Bridal and Events

RETURNS

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on the following items: Veils, Gloves, Hair Accessories, Jewelry, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses, Bras, Lingerie, Accessories,  Prom Dresses, Mothers Dresses, Quinceañera Dresses,  or Special Occasion Dresses.

EXCHANGES

We will accept exchanges on shoes for a different  size, but not a different  style. Shoes will only be accepted if they are in brand-new condition, have not been worn or dyed, and must have  all original tags and packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. All shoe returns must be sent back within 7 business days after the merchandise was delivered. Exchanges must be approved prior to shipping.  Please send an email to sales@livingstonbridalandevents.com for a return authorization and to confirm the new reorder size.  In addition, the buyer {you} will incur return shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees for returned merchandise.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves Livingston Bridal and Events. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel our merchandise has been damaged during shipping, we must receive a written notice that you would like to return the damaged merchandise.You must have a return authorization {from us} for us to accept the merchandise.

When requesting a replacement or refund, please be prepared to provide  photographs clearly document the problem with the item. Shipping damages must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier. If  you believe your item was damaged during shipping, we will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as “Proof of Damage” documentation of the item to process your exchange or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it.

All returned packages must have a return authorization number issued by Livingston Bridal and Events. All returns must be sent back to us within 7 business days after the merchandise was delivered. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged from shipping, we will replace the item as necessary or provide a full refund. However, if we find that the merchandise has been misused or damaged for other reasons, the original merchandise will be shipped back to you at  your cost.  Please send an email to sales@livingstonbridalandevents.com for a return authorization and all accompanying documentation.

CANCELED ORDERS

We  will accept cancellations for the following items: Veils, Gloves, Hair Accessories, Jewelry, Bras, Lingerie, and Accessories. Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted for Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower Girls Dresses, Prom Dresses, Mothers Dresses, Quinceañera Dresses,  or Special Occasion Dresses. Cancellations will only be accepted by Livingston Bridal and Events within 24 hours of the order being placed by the buyer {you}. NO EXCEPTIONS. Furthermore, cancellations must be in writing and must be sent to sales@livingstonbridalandevents.com  Livingston Bridal and Events reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order.

SHIPPING

Free Shipping:
Free Shipping is available for U.S. orders that are $100 or more. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

Upgrading Shipping:
Upgrading Shipping will only speed up shipping times; it will not speed up production or processing time.

Orders with Multiple Items:
Orders with multiple items will be shipped as one shipment once completed.

Signature Required:
A signature will be required on all orders over $200 or as requested.

Standard Delivery:
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 7-10 business days after the specified production or processing time.  (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days)

MOOD RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and contain all original tags.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the specified amount of days outlined by your card issuer’s policies.

The buyer (you) will be responsible for paying  shipping costs, transaction fees, or insurance on returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from refund amount on returns.

Exchanges must be approved prior to shipping.  Please send an email to sales@livingstonbridalandevents.com for a return authorization and to confirm the new reorder size and availability.  Exchange items will be shipped once we are provided with a tracking number for returned items.  Tracking numbers may be emailed to sales@livingstonbridalandevents.com

MOOD CANCELED ORDERS

We happily accept cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.  If your order has already shipped, you may return your items. See RETURNS AND EXCHANGES for full details.
