FAQ

Do you accept walk-ins?

We like to give each of our clients our undivided attention. Therefore, we encourage scheduling an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate to our walk in clients but we will most likely schedule you to come in a different time.

Are children allowed?

We love children; however, we encourage concentration and no distractions when shopping for your gown. A bridal boutique is not a fun place for kids and they will get bored easily. It is also not the safest environment for children due to loose pins and other hazards. Let’s face it, what kid wants to sit patiently for long periods of time? If children do attend, they MUST be supervised by a designated adult.

How far in advance should I start looking for my gown?

A normal starting point is 6-8 months prior to your wedding. Most gowns take approximately 4 months to be produced if they are not in stock. Each bride’s timeline is unique so please plan accordingly based on your personal needs. We do sell all of our stock pieces and also have priority gowns that we can order quickly if you have a shorter timeline to your wedding.

How long will it take to get my wedding gown?

Again, of our stock pieces are available for purchase. If you try on a gown and it fits like a glove (or needs minor alterations) then you are more than welcomed to purchase the stock piece. If you would rather have a new gown OR need a different size, we can reorder a new gown. Gowns can take anywhere from 16 to 24 weeks to come in, so we encourage our brides to come in sooner rather than later. Keep in mind not all of our gowns can be reordered. You can check the tag on the dresses and it will specify whether we can reorder or not.

Do I need to make an appointment to try on wedding gowns?

If you’re wanting to try on gowns we do encourage our brides to set up an appointment so that we may ensure we have enough space to accomodate them and their attendees. We want to make sure we give our brides the absolute best treatment we can provide. This way, you’ll have our undivided attention. You can give us a call at (575) 521-0872 OR you can book directly through Facebook. You’ll receive a confirmation call the day prior to your appointment.
