We are the ones who will put all the puzzle pieces together to create your perfect day. From the wedding timeline to the decor, we’ll take care of all the little details so you’re able to enjoy your celebration. This is a great option for the client who just needs a little assistance along the way, but needs someone to make sure everything is perfect on the big day! It really is an essential for every client!
The first step is our initial consultation– where you catch us up on what you have done so far. We will give suggestions and recommendations along with a few helpful tips!
From the moment we are booked for your wedding date, we offer unlimited communication, logistic assistance and recommendations for anything you may need along the way. We will send your wedding itinerary to give you an idea of the order of activities throughout the day and your wedding checklist to make sure you stay on track with planning.
After you have your vendors and details solidified – the Livingston Bridal and Events team will reach out to them individually to ensure everyone is on the same page. We construct the floorplan {private venues} and update your wedding itinerary and once approved, the week of we will provide them to each vendor.
The week before your wedding, we will schedule a final meeting in person to go over each and every detail. This is also when we go over the final guest count, make any adjustments, finalize the flow of the wedding day and answer any last minute questions you might have.
On the week of the wedding, we will have you drop off any wedding items that you have accumulated, so we can place them for you on your wedding day. This is also when we send out the finalized wedding itinerary to everyone who is involved in your big day!
Finally, we are on site for your rehearsal as well as for the entire day of your wedding. We are there to coordinate with each vendor to ensure you have a beautiful day with your friends and family! We will remain on site until all the events of the evening have concluded.
